Get Things Done or GTD is a work-life management system that is described by his creator, David Allen, as a system of stress-free productivity.http://samiinour.wordpress.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce-250/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gifThis method is the development process of ideas to projects taking into consideration time management, contexts, references, and action managements. It orgnizes our life and work. how much you did work and you suppose to be with your family? or doing some other fun stuff ? GTD must be the right tool to orgnize such nasty facts. The method can be used either with pen and paper or only with software. The following image can sum up the method graphically in very useful way (French version):

There are many software which offer the GTD method, even Gmail (Google mail) can be provided with a plug-in in Firefox browser to show GTD options. For more information visit  www.gtdinbox.com. Personally, I found “Thinking Rock” a useful software , to organize my ideas and to develop them into long-term projects. I also organize my web links as resources there.

    Nice description of GTD.
For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version and iCal are available too.
